$2.5+ million in Restitution to Victims in Nebraska. Thank you to all of the court staff statewide working hard to ensure courts provide access to justice for all Nebraskans.
Improving Technology: Statewide, trial courts continue to upgrade their technological capacity as an ongoing commitment to increasing access to justice for all Nebraskans.
Protection Orders: Trial Court Staff entered over 10,000 Protection Orders statewide in 2023.
1563 abused and neglected children helped by Nebraska Trial Courts in 2023
800+ adoptions made possible by Nebraska trial courts in 2023
Over 2,000 new guardianships and conservatorships in 2023 were established and over 10,000 existing ones were monitored.
