Court of Appeals Proposed Call
The following cases may be scheduled for oral argument before the Nebraska Court of Appeals to be heard on November 12 or 13, 2025, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska, or in the Sarpy County Commissioners Board Room, Papillion, Nebraska. If you are an attorney and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in letter form via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option. If you are a self-represented litigant and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk's Office in writing to Nebraska Court of Appeals, P.O. Box 98910, Lincoln, NE 68509. Conflicts must be received by October 1, 2025. This deadline date will be strictly enforced. If you are unavailable for all dates listed above, please file a stipulation or motion to continue. You must show cause for the continuance.
