The following cases may be scheduled for argument at the session of the Nebraska Court of Appeals to be held on May 5 or 6, 2026, in the Roman L. Hruska, U.S. Courthouse, Court of Appeals Courtroom, 4th Floor, 111 S. 18th Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska, or in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska. Check the Proposed Call for your case and mark your calendar. If you are an attorney and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in writing via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option. If you are a self-represented litigant and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk's Office in writing to Nebraska Court of Appeals, PO Box 98910, Lincoln, NE  68509. If you are unavailable for all dates listed above, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance. Conflicts must be received by April 1, 2026If you wish to appear for oral arguments via video-conferencing methods, please see Neb. Ct. R. App. P. § 2-111(E)(7).    

This deadline date will be strictly enforced.   

After the cases have been scheduled on the call, cases will not be continued except on a showing of urgent necessity.
